If you have a loved one who has a substance use disorder, you are not alone. Come to SMART Recovery Friends and Family support group to learn effective ways to support your loved ones and care for yourself in a safe environment.

AcuWellness is a 5-needle protocol which is a specialized form of acupuncture. It uses 5 thin, sterile, single use needles placed on different points to each outer ear. The needles are generally left in place for 35 to 45 minutes. This protocol helps ease stress, improve balance, clarity, relaxation, and more.
